Ordered a challenger 1320 this week

Heard about this car and really caught my interest. The cliff notes if you haven't seen it is this is a scat pack 6.4 challenger that has the demon drag pack on it. So standard with the trans brake, two step, line lock, electronic drag suspension, demon half shafts, etc. Also standard with just drivers seat, but the others can be ordered for $1 each. Comes stock with drag radials at all corners. Should be delivered in around three months.

Cool! Is that your color? Looks sweet! What are the specs and what is it supposed to run?

Did you get your shop moved? Last I heard you were getting ready ... then the flood happened.

Sadly that's a teaser color that isn't available. I ordered octane red. Its rated at the same 485 HP,but with the drag trickery and lighter weight dodge claims 11.7 quarter mile times. Thinking whipple once it gets dull n.a. I did get my shop moved. Have a few little projects figured once it slows down but so much happier in the new place.

Nice buy, I would love to someday have a car that started life new as a racecar.
That’s a wonderful thing. I mean literally you should be able to take that thing to a NHRA race and enter that supercar showdown class.

Very cool. Glad to see you back in the Mopar camp. My best with my Procharged, 3 pedal 5.7 Challenger has been 11.9, so that would be a good race. I still have it but it's for sale. If I still have it in the spring I'm up for a race.

Do still have both, but letting the z06 go. Great car, but it just doesn't "do it" for me. Will either sell it or use it as trade to get tax savings when the new car comes in.

Its a pretty cool package. You actually get a free year membership in nhra and ihra when you purchase. Some discounts and such at events

Thanks! Can't wait to try out all the drag options. Ill be finding a deserted parking lot in the spring to get used to the trans brake feature and launch control settings, lol.

I think it is BS when a production car isn’t available in the color of the prototype. I know it happens often... but it is still bullshit.

Lady at work has a ScatPak T/A w/6speed in Octane Red. It's a good looking car. That 1320 should be very fun to drive.

I really went back and forth between the two. If the hellcat could be had with drag mode it would have been the one I picked. They are badass
