I’m not sure how I feel about the Wednesday test and tune. An option to get some hits before a race weekend but work Thursday and makes for a rough couple of days after, lol.

Like the Saturday Street car thing as a stand alone.

I assume all regular racing is 1/8th mile now? Didn’t see a separator for different races.

One of the best facilities in the country, Norwalk (Summit Motorsports Park) the RACERS voted to race 1/8th mile last year for their bracket series.

It's mostly a bracket racer driven thing, big in the south, big in big $$$ bracket races, unfortunately it is a thing that isn't going away.

It doesn't affect anyone unless you go on a regular race day and don't see many of those guys on here. Test and tune and the street car Saturday thing is still 1/4 mile.

Well said Bob - everything except for the points bracket days will be 1/4 mile. When I started bracket racing a couple years back, I was opposed to the move to 1/8th mile ( and the move is happening all over - not just at KRP ). I've grown to like both 1/4 and 1/8 racing. While you don't see the speeds and time in the 1/8th, atleast for bracket racing things happen much faster and reactions ( good or bad ) are multiplied.
