If there were 200 cars there and each was paying $100/month... that’s $20,000/month.

And it’s reported the sprinklers didn’t function properly.

Looks like they won’t collect $20,000 next month.

If I lost something there first thing I want to know. When was sprinkler system tested last? Should be done once a year.
