    Keystone this Friday 10/23

Keystone is racing Friday night, since forecast looks meh this weekend. Get those passes in while you can, never know what the weather will do in the fall.

    THIS WEEK'S SCHEDULE:
Looking at the weather, Saturday and Sunday are iffy, at best. BUT..... Friday night looks good! A 70 degree Friday in late October, YES, we'll take it, and we'll race! We will only be open Friday night, closed Saturday and Sunday. The weather will always be a question mark, so come on out and join us Friday night!
Friday, October 23 - Test and tune, open to all street and drag cars. Gates open 5pm, racing 6pm-11pm. $40 to race, $15 for spectators, kids 10 and under free.

I stopped on way back from Homer City Power Station today.

They have VP 110 @ $9.50/gallon, have to pay inside first.

Is that the BP at the corner of 22 & 819? How much do they
charge for VP 110 at Keystone?

I had a close up look of Cam’s car shooting sparks just to the right of
his differential last night. I knocked 15 mph off the top end just to watch
the show. Does Cam wish to share, or can anyone else enlighten me as to
    what happened? Thanks.

The freaking right exhaust pipe blew apart at the bandclamp on the mid pipe. Was the resonator providing the spark show. What a stupid reason to have to abort a pass I waited two hours to make. So made one pass and no pb et but did trap highest ever at 140.63 mph

Nah this one is sticking around. I’d never ever spend the money that was spent on it by the original owner so I could never replace it. Other cars will come and go around it though, so don’t worry I haven’t turned over a new leaf. In fact I bought a lightning this summer to daily when I’m not in a company truck so I’m still in the game. Lol
