    New Freewheeling 78 Bronco

Been after this one for a couple years.

Was at my sister's neighbors house near Dallas.

Finally able to close the deal around Christmas.

My buddy went down from OH to trailer it back for me.

Original paint, original decals, 99% complete, and very straight 78 Bronco.

Marti Report breaks it down to a 1 of 2 built with these colors and options.

Current plan is to replace fuel system (been sitting a while) and clean up the original 43 yr old paint and decals.

    They are only original once!

That’s really sweet, cool for sure.

I like the stuff that Marti does, and it od course real, but I sort of stopped at 1 of 117.

    Bob - agree.

Once you get past the colors and drivetrain, the coolness factor of the rarity goes down hill for most.

Still, I plan on selling this Bronco so you can be sure it will be listed as a 1 of 2!! :)

    Ray,

Mostly an appearance package on a std Bronco platform.

It is not the raptor of the F150 world....but more like a "Texas Edition" of an F-series.

The groovy 70's stripes and the Free-Wheelin name add to the allure.

as would I, lol ... I follow a “special edition foxbody” group, and guys think their GT is special because of the interior color and floor mats

Bronco has been sold to a dealer that will give it a good once over and list it on BAT.

Hopefully he remembers to send me the link in a few months so I can watch the madness unfold.

Here it is with a buff and rebuilt carb running off a 1 gallon gas can.
