I kept mine to one page. not real easy to do, took a while to think of the most effective sentences that gave the most information.
Definitely one page! They only wanna see the specifics. Three bullets per job describing your duties.

I would stay at one page, but you can go two if you have a lot of applicable experience. I would be glad to email you mine so you can check it out. It was critiqued by quite a few high level HR people. My Unlce was the VP of PR at Alcoa and he gave me tons of helpful info.
cool. i kept it at one page.... but havent printed and mailed it yet....the job is for the same thing im doing now but only for the city....so inurance and benefits come into play.
