Clutch blew out

yea its now 3:15 AM and i just got home from having my car towed home my F***ing clutch blew out on my way home from work, i was just down shifting to go through the toll booth on 66 and POP! the clutch pedal went limp.

Are you sure it's the clutch? It sounds like the clutch cable to me. that is an easy/cheap fix.

agreed clutch cable probably snapped, you would of almost of had to gernaded the disk to have just stop working all together

Also, check to see if your quadrant crushed....if its stock - its plastic.

I picked up my new clutch today at laural mountain mustang, its a basic RAM clutch it was $200. has anyone tried this one before? or heard anything about it?
