so were all headed over to the the spot were we hang out, and i stop for gas, my car drinks it because it likes to spend my money. as im pulling in my buddy calls me(millcreekmafia) and he says hey a gt500 just pulled into sheetz. so i hurry and pump gas and head over i pulled in and sure enough its a black and white shelby gt 500. so i pull in and my buddy walks over and said the guys inside, so were looking it over and this thing is dirty as hell mud splash all over it from the tires, wolverine snuff cans all over the passenger seat, stuff all through the back seats. so anyway the guy comes out and hes a older fellow id say later 60's early 70's in jeans old t-shirt and cowboy boots he walks over and someone says hay thats a pertty nice car u have there. he turns around and says thanks and some how or another we end up talking for a bit and hes telling us how he bought it and how its no garage queen. he said i bought it to run the hell out of it i dont care what happens to it when im dead but im going to enjoy it why i can(which is what i think everyone should live by)then he goes on to tell us how he was on his way back from maryland that night and some guy raced him in a new z06 and beat him and took his picture as he passed him which he said pisses him off lol. so then he starts asking us how he can make more power cause he didnt like the way the z06 went around him. we give him some ideas and a few phone#s. so then he starts talking about mine and my buddys cars and how its cool that we are into real cars instead of those damn cars with big mufflers that sound like hell lol. then he asks if i would start my car up so he could hear it i did and then he asked if he could go for a ride so i took him out and rowed through the gears as hes grabbing for tuff to hang on to and he just loved it and was ready to start on his we exchanged numbers and said he was going to give us a call next time he comes into town. he was just a cool old dude not a care in the world, i hope im exactly like that when i get to be his age.
