Hey guys sorry I havent had a chance to post. I'm still waiting for the duplicate title in the mail, so that there can be a smooth quick transaction the same day you come to look at it. The 2400 is with the extra stock block/heads.. The block has some surface rust on it but would clean up fine if you were planning on boring/honing it out anyways. This is AS IS, it runs fine but just needs little things here and there, DONT expect mint! It is a clean body for a 95 but expect this as I wouldnt want to waste your time or my time:
Needs alignment (not real bad but wears front tires on inside)
Needs 2 front tires
Ball joint replaced in front
Drivers side window needs put back on track (motor is good)
Drivers power seat questionable, never really had to adjust it since I am the only driver, but I was told the motor is sluggish from a previous test driver
These are little things that I just haven't got around to fixing due to being away on business all the time and no garage/driveway.
The price in non-negotiable $2400 so no haggling, I'd sooner keep it and fix the little things than sell it for any less.

Oh yea, you will not need emissions on the upcoming inspection because I only drove the car 3k miles in the last year.
Brand new tires just put on the front today.
