    about my lighting problem

sorry guys tried not to post.

well i pulled the headlight switch out and checked the wires as far as i could see (like lou said).....all looked good...i found the 5a fuse for the instrument panel..it was blown so i replaced it..still doesnt work...

now the lights worked on the way to uniontown sat. but didnt work when 393rag went to drive it...

how far down does the harness for the headlight switch go? do i need to pull the cluster or can it be reached from pulling the panel under the steering wheel?

    other ideas?

i know i def need to get the foglight re-wire done asap....my buddy is planning to do it next week.

edit - for clarification...my interior lights all went out..everything except the cd player.

pull the cluster cover off, there you will be able to see more of the wiring...

did u check the new fuse u put in? may have blown as soon as you put it in, specially if there's a short

would be best time to. once u pull cluster out you wont have much room to work with it... speedo cable is like just long enough to pull out to unplug back of cluster. dont worry though you can do it

you need to pull the covers around the column off(few screws) and take your turn sig switch off the column and check out the connectors going to it... one usually fries and melts causing probs
