Yes it is! There is no longer anything in the inspection laws for it. It's basically now at the cop's discression as to if they want to write a citation or not.

I've been busted several times for tint and I just pay the fine. I refuse to remove it. I'm not a drug dealer/do'er or a convict so #$%@ the police. Just another lame ass excuse for them to pull us over.
