My son is turning 5 on Saturday and I can't wait to give this to him. I would have killed to have one when I was young, but we lived in Irwin then so it wasn't until we moved to the mountains that I got to have one. Riding dirtbikes was one of the best things of my youth. I hope my son gets the same enjoyment from it that I did.

that's awesome dude. i got a JR50 in 1977 about his age. don't be so nervous when he starts riding it. he'll have to get a few bumps and bruises before it all sinks in.
We got my son a PW50 for his 6th birthday this april.

awesome cam.. i remember when i got my first one, i couldnt lift my jaw off the ground my mom said.. And happy bday to him.
awesome gift man... he'll absolutely love it, i guarantee it!! i wish i would have gotten a bike that young! I didnt get my first one til i was 12, and have been addicted since! and don't worry, they're never too yougn to start... my g/f's little brother started riding his PW50 with training wheels when he was 3..
i remember my jaw dropping when i got my first bike... i got it for my 12th birthday... rode it in the field for a few days and first 5 mins in the woods, SPLAT right in a huge mudhole - bike and i just covered in MUD.... oh, so many lessons learned on dirtbikes!
but as i'm sure you know, its gonna cost some big $$ as he grows up...
i went from TW200 -> YZ125 -> RM250 -> KTM300EXC ...
now i've found a hell of a deal on a new KTM300SX that i believe i'm gonna purchase comming up soon....
