    NAYLOR Tire in Belle Vernon.
I cracked a aluminum wheel on my Civic years ago. It was welded, & blended. I never had any issue with the wheel again. Wheel/tire balance were great. The wheel is still on my car.

Naylor in Belle Vernon used to send their wheels out to my buddy Ric years ago, but now I think Joe has some of his highly trained employees doing the work in house. That might explain it cracking again.

Like TJ said, we do plenty of rims. If they have a crack on the inside edge its pretty reasonable but if you need face work and want it to look right there will be a good bit of time involved.

Here's one I did for my car.

yup, we can blend the lip smooth agian, and often times you don't even need to add material.

cold working aluminum is bad. You can get away with it sometimes though.
