KB 2.4 Dyno numbers are in....

Just got back from Big Shot Dyno and they did an incredible job on my car, extremely happy. I got a super safe street tune, 18 degrees timing, 11.8 A/F across the board. Car put down 608 rwhp on 2 back to back passes. It's setup for 20lbs of boost and considering I have long tubes, boost was holding at 18.9-19.1 across the board. Theres alot more in the car with more boost, advanced timing, and race gas but this is exactly what I wanted for the street. Once I run this tune @ the track and get my driving game up, I will pop the timing to 22-23 and throw some 110 in and give it hell. Car feels like an freakin animal, night and day difference over the heaton. I'll post up the dyno graph and videos when I get home, I'm @ my dads house right now.

    Dan.....

PS This was straight on the dyno after a 120 mile drive to big shots, zero cooldown. I also am still running the stock HE and all.

    SICK!!! I want one.

Have you datalogged your IAT2's with the KB to compare it with the Eaton?

Do you have a lower, or upper only?

Great numbers...10's no problem with the tires you run at the track.

I know you got it used...how much was it? Did you have to piece-meal a lot of things to have a complete kit? YOu can pm if you'd like.

IAT's on the dyno were 128-130....considering this was in 75 degree weather and straight on the dyno after a 120 mile drive. I have completely stock intercooler system, no ice box, no aftermarket HE, nothing. I do have the ability to datalog and I have the files to do so, but my labtop is currently being occupied by my G/F because her main computer took a crap lol. I'm running a 3.5 upper/ 4lb lower combo. I paid $2500 for the blower used with 5k miles, I think I got a good deal. That included the kenne bell (accufab) throttle body. The install was straight forward and there was no "piecing" together. We got hicupped by a few vaccum lines and placement, but with a few calls to KB's "wonderful" cough cough tech department, we got it all fixed.

Theres definitly alot more left HP wise to gain, especially considering I have a complete dry n20 system installed that I didnt use @ the dyno. I'd like to grasp this power @ the track and learn the car and get some consistent times rolling before I add anymore power. Once I feel I've tapped out this power, I'll either pull some timing and run a 50-75 shot or bump the timing on blower only. Time will tell. The way the car feels now, I don't see why some 10.60-10.70's aren't in my future.

PS prior to the Kb install, I already had a BAP, 60lb injectors, and mafia which are absolutely needed @ these power levels.

Id, think high 9's to super low 10's would be more in the ballpark w/ 600rwhp.
