Are the 28/12.50 x 15 ET streets new? If they're used,how much use? Is that $200 for both pairs or per pair? Where are you located? Let me know Thanks.

heres what i can tell you of the hatch never painted also they cut the latch area for a power lock.you can use your non power but you need to make a small bracket to do that.i have no pics of the hatch!
