    What is the next mod, you decide.....

    I have a few options and I cannot decide which route to take...

    1. Keep current combination and "try" to wring out a few hundreths or so

    2. Change cylinder heads

    3. Employ a custom cam

    4. Spray it

    5. Set it up for eighth mile

    I'd say try out a custom cam & see what you could gain from it.
    Are you going to the Steel valley supernationals @ Quaker City next weekend?

    I think so, I will have more of an idea here over the next couple of days.
    As long as everything checks out OK then i'll be knocking on the 10 second door!!!!!!

    i say wring out every last tenth of you current combo , if you spray it then everyone will think those time were always on the spray , and i'm not sure how much more cam you car would like but it might be worth a try too, there are a few more "tricks" left to get you running 10.50's in the right conditions.

    With the current MPH/E.T. package it is going to be super difficult to see a dramatic e.t. loss. Perhaps a few hundreths at best IMO. The H.P. improvements we discussed at Carlisle seem to have validity. And they will be implemented into the combo for sure. The combo will need to produce mid 125 mph trap speeds to be able to attain .50's. Now, I could plop down a big chunk of $$$ and do the GF-5R and long-style clutch and could very well see .50's with the current trap speed:o
