I think only the 93 cobras and maybe the SVO's had the stripes and all others were 86 and older tails.

you are right 83 -86 without the stripes, all svo and 93 cobras had the stripes which are painted on not stickers or tape
If these are the one's that came off of my '90 GT, the are NOT Cobra tails. They are 83-84 LX Conv. tail lights.
