Well, I just bought a house In Gibsonia and moved in last week. So thats why i havent been around much. lol Along with movin in we also painted all the interior, redid the shower, and lots of other little things. I dont think the work of owning a home is ever over. theres always somethin that needs fixed, or painted, or trimed lol If anyones in the area feel free to stop in for a beer

i am going through the same thing.
i close on my new house monday and i am still dickering with the aholes under contract to buy mine. its ironic they show up in a escalade to look at it and are trying to nickel and dime me to death on every little thing. first time homebuyers who have no idea that when you buy a house theres always something to be done
my real estate agent is not any better.
i have been so disgusted and preoccupied with all this crap, can not wait until its all over....i swear i am getting an ulcer
