Cook what you like to eat. You didn't mention your cooking skills or if you're a griller.

Here's a tasty Mustard-Grilled Chicken recipe, straight from the cookbook. We like this a lot, but I have my own variation on it. (If I gave out my secret, I'd have to kill ya. :p )

    2/3 cup (6oz) Dijon mustard
    2 Tablespoons cayenne pepper
    1/4 vegetable oil
    2 Tablespoons wine vinegar
1 broiler chicken about 2.5lbs split

Stir 1st 4 ingredients together and place into a plastic storage bag with the chicken. Massage to distribute marinade. Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hrs or up to 8 hrs, turning the bag to distribute marinade.

Grill chicken until cooked through. (We use the left over marinade from the bag as a basting sauce since it is being cooked.)

Instead of a whole chicken you could do chicken breast on skewers or chicken tenders. This would probably work well with strips of turkey breast on skewers.

I think I have over 300 cookbooks, not to mention bookmarked web sources.

I also prefer grilling over frying......

Salmon filets are awesome on the grill with some cajun seasoning, pepper and garlic.

I also like using ground turkey instead of ground beef to make Burgers.

I garlic and pepper everything... and I like spicy food

    YUMMY!!!

    Good Luck
