last night i was on my way home and a buddy of mine with a 05 busa said he follow me on the highway some till his exit. well he wanted me to get on it alittle when we were hanging out at a local spot. i didnt really want to get on it with the motor being so fresh. well i head home and he decides to pace me going home. so i say what hte heck and down shift so now im in 3rd and we are going about 50ish. i floor it fought some traction issues and take off and shift around 7k or so, grab 4th and stay in it till about 123mph. im about 4-5 lenghts a head of him on his 05 busa. now he said he was only in 6th gear but im not fully sure but ill take his word for it. well we pull over on side of highway and bs'd for a while. he was impressed and so was I. this truck has so much topend pull its unreal and its no where near tuned. it has hardly any timing in it and the VE table isnt smooth and out of wack right now. but im deffently impressed for this setup so far. A truck shouldnt be able to walk a Busa what so ever. Motor has about 120 miles on it currently. i cant wait till its tuned and fully broken in...
