Thanks everyone. Just to clarify incase any of you didn't see my other post in the welcome section, the 06 is just a 6 cyl that has all the gt body parts. Saleen sells the take off stuff at a pretty decent price so I couldn't resist. It does of have LT's with a complete dual exhaust, cai, and tune for now. It will eventually have a vortec with aftercooler but not for a little while yet.

Yep, the bar is curved at the bottom and slides over the piece you see sticking up. The top part has a piece of tube inside that slides into the other part to lock it in.
No idea on track times. I actually never really set out to build the car to race. Just wanted something fun street/show car and as time went the project just got a little out of hand with adding this, that, and whatever else. Based on some kb cars that i know of with similar builds it should be a high 10 car with a good launch. The good launch would probably be a little difficult with the suspension that is on the car however. Tends to just smoke the tires pretty easily.
I know how it starts my car was a dd at one time also. lol
I INSTALLED A ROLL BAR JUST LIKE THAT IN A FOX. THATS NICE FOR US BIGGER PEOPLE TO GET IN AND OUT.
