    851 rwhp TT cobra

This guy is using 57mm turbos, I'll be using 61mm's. I'm hoping to get similar numbers to his

He has some nice dyno numbers, he needs to go to the "Purestock School of Drag Racing". Times seem pretty sad for that much power. Start upgrading suspension before dumping more into his engine. Can't wait to see yours!

Thats with him driving, I'm sure that car is capable of much faster times.

I'll agree but supposedly they were shakedown runs, and from watching the vids it did'nt seem like he was giving it all. With that power he should be close to 140 if not a little faster.

I was going to switch to a turbo on my truck but after talking to Johnny Lightning i decided not to. He told me all the guys doing the turbo swap's were putting down extremely impressive dyno numbers but slow track times. I guess more so im my heavy truck, but even in Mustangs. They like low end torque, and not as much high RPM horse power. You need 2 small turbo's, and a real high gear like 3.08's to keep those turbo's spinning high as long as possible. If you have an automatic, forget about fast track times, unless you never want to drive it on the street and run 3.5k stall.

definitly impressive number. and for the track times it would be hard to drive with the power band up so high in the rpms. to get good times easily you would need an auto with a high stall and a higher rear gear Or get good at power shiftin. still a bad ass car

I'd have to totally disagree with that statement.

Really? So tell me what happens when you try and launch a low stall turbo automatic?

Agreed, but you could run a 4k stall on the street without any trouble. Just ask 2000UltraZ.
