Tj and I went out to Norwalk for their inaugural national event. A friend of mine does the clutch for Mike Ashley's fuel funny car. We show up and help out a bit grinding clutch discs (hold flashlight for Cameron) and they win the event. Coincidence?

yup, they kill 5 clutch discs, 4 steel floaters, a flywheel, and a pressure plate every run. damn!
Its pretty crazy watching them having to drop a whole short block in the car in 50 minutes. It took us about 4 hours to get Tj's out of his truck.

That must have been a good time. Must have been cool to watch them turn around the car in 75 minutes up close. I like the paint scheme on Ashley's FC.
Norwalk's a great facility & they've made more improvements to it since they signed up the NHRA.
