Cobra goes down!!!

Well, practicing my reaction times this morning for Mark, I raced some hotshot in his Redfire Cobra this morning. I put around 10 car lenghts on his 500+ RWHP Cobra!

The Grand Cherokee was NO match for him! The AWD dug in and left him with a calender to figure out his 60'.

Guess he wasn't anythingclever after all!!!

Something tells me he's going to want a rematch one day when it's NOT raining!

I swear...it was more like 15 car lengths...

Maybe a twin screw would've given me the advantage so i could've come out with a win.

Well, let's see, the guy I raced admitted it was more like 15 car lenghts, not 10. Are you getting as dumb as Mater and need stories by picture cause the words are too hard to understand?

We have a bet that he won't run 11.30 or faster. It's not a race between us unless I am able to take off work to get to the track rental. The bet is for lunch. I have been faster than that at PRP already having run 11.32 at Quaker, a slower track in the summer heat at the Knights track rental.

Since then I have made a few changes. So much in fact that Eddie is going to need some super military spec binoculars to see my tail lights if we ever do get to line em up before he sells the sled. :p

I'm looking to see if I can find a loaner set before I buy a set since I'm selling the car and will be using a 15" rim on my 88 GT so I don't want to drop any money into 16's that will most likely only be on the car for one night.
