    Mass Air Flow Sensors???

Looking for an air meter that is close to 80mm in size. What manufacturers do you suggest? Any real world experience with a certain brand/size? Currently I have a C&L 73mm M.A.F. This is for a N/A 302 H/C/I

I definitely do NOT suggest C&L. They are worthless IMO. My dad switched from a 76mm C&L to a PMAS 80mm unit and it solved a lot of issues with the car. The car was more repeatable on the dyno and it could actually be tuned. With the C&L it was a stab in the dark how the car would react pull to pull. I hear good things about the SCT one but as blkp42e stated you will need a chip/tuner to go along with it as it doesn't come "matched" to any certain injector size creating the need for you to create your own MAF transfer function inside of the EEC.

I second the PMAS 80mm unit. I run one and it works excellent.

Anderson if I'm not mistaken. He was a little higher price than others at the time, but my dad had a dyno day setup at Kauffman's and needed it as soon as he could get it. At the time Anderson was the only place with them in stock.

Someone recently told me that they no longer offer a 80mm unit, and from the looks of it that may be right. It looks like they have a 95mm setup now.

I purchased a custom cal'd PMAS 95mm and couldn't be happier. Best $320 I've ever spent. Previous meter was 76mm c+l, PMAS is worlds above it.
