    Alt Amps

    95 GT. When I am high in the RPMs (5-6K) I see the volt gage go down. Whats up with this? I dont think its belt slip.

    Those factory gauges are notoriously off. Not sayin' that is the *only* reason though. Upgrading to a quality gauge will eliminate the "what if" on that end Colin.

    my car did the same thing to me a couple times. it ended up being a lose ground not to say that is your problem but its a shot
