    How Low

So....I have some 2.0" lowering spings for the 95 GT. Falken is the brand. They where $99 shipped.

    A. Are these junk?
    B. Think 2" is too low for a daily driver?

My car is an inch and a half lower and occasionally I'll kinda bitch aloud to myself because the x-pipe scrapes on speed bumps or just bumps on the road. So just be careful where you drive.

I hate to say this but I really can't see lowering something more the .75" in PA. All of our roads are built on old Goat paths. My 86 is stock height with 17". The lower profile tires cause me to scrape in areas I would not think I would scrape in. I have a set of Ford Motorsport "C" springs I want to put on but I am concerned. If we were in Florida or the south I would say lower it.

My opinion, for what it is worth, no lower the .75", AKA Ford Motorsport "B" or "C" springs

i drive with sportlines 2 1/2 drop mostly everyday i cant complain when i go over speed bumps i go on an angle or slow an i only scrape sometimes on hills driveways businesses that have a hill or something at the bottom go in from an angle you wont have a problem just my 2 cents on the springs

2" isnt a big deal. i have sportlines on both my cobra & gt. the exhuast scrapes at times, but i dont ever feel its an issue. in fact, i cut a 1/2" coil off on the cobra.

Cool! Looks like mine came down around 2" It sits like yours. I took it camping. Put the 16" 99 Non premum GT wheels on it. Had about 25 logs in the trunk, campling gear, full tank of gas, and a 105lb woman in the car. It was super low but did bottom out untill I took it though the woods.

I've got the sport lines on my Cobra, I have no clue how low they take the car, but I occasionally do the motherf'n in areas, but it is a little too low for a DD. With the ISO's returned to it, it would be fine.

^^^ Might be too low, but damn does it look sexy. Those wheels look great on it too.

If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it. But if it's real, you'll feel it. IG: @donuttrump

Do you hear any noises with the iso's removed?

Anyway, I have had Eibach Sportliners on mine since 03'. Just gotta learn to drive a car that low, thats all. I had a little bit of cut stock spring experience on my Subaru Justy.
