Grinding noise?

i went to work today and everything was fine... then my car sat there for 9 hours untill i was on my way home... the right front brakes (i think) are grinding so loud...only at very low speed... anything over 45mph when i brake its fine untill i get to under 25ish it makes noise.... the pads have like some life on them (less than 10 thousand miles on pads)

so wtf would make just that one side grind so loud? dirt? rock? idk wtf is going on to dark to see anything atm

gonna jack the car up and take a better look tomorrow when i have some light

like 2 years ago... i got them done... less than 10 thousand miles since then
