That's too bad. As far as I'm concerned someone with a business shouldn't treat people that way anyway. I have been working with the public for 24+ years and I wouldn't conduct myself in such a manner if I wanted my customers to feel comfortable with dealing with me. No loss as far as I am concerned. Out of the measly few posts he had, just about all were negative. Too bad, so sad..

he didnt own it my dad does,he worked for us,if u know the history u would understand,but i like how the junk parts are still in this thread!it happind because he shaved the heads & didnt check piston to valve clearance!there is many ppl running those heads & valve with no issues! ther are other ppl with differant heads that had the same problem! all the shit started because Quik dont want the blame on him!its always someone elses falt! as when he broke down on 22 he's text was to me chalked another one up to rhoades!(the bottum end builder)befor he knew what was wrong! quik is ik but never wants the blame on him!thats all he got to learn!as him bringing up the vette,he didnt have the whole story !
plus he ran it around with 30 deree weather with open headers which MAY cracked the valve!!!!!
Okay Brian thanks for clearing this up for those of us who didn't know the whole story.
I have been getting PMs from Quik almost daily asking to take care of negative posts from him and have just had enough of the BS.
Just to be clear I am not taking sides with George either, I just want the site members to follow the rules they agreed to when they signed up. I am not a hard guy to get along with as you know. We can't have other members joining the site just to start trouble though.
Hope you understand my point of view.

Ok, ive read this thread again and here is my take on it. There is no mention of any shop or anyones name in here now. The only time there was shops names involved was when steve (Ultraz) and sam (LSX) came into the thread and the shit flew. He clearly states there are stock valves in the heads and two posts later calls them junk parts, that has nothing to do with any shop but only GM if indeed they were junk.
Im fully aware that quick is far from innocent and have told him many times I like him face to face but think he should stay off the internet.
I feel the problems everyone has with him should be dealt with face to face like real men do, not following him around and starting stupid shit on mine or anyone elses board.
In my honest opinion, Sam LSX is far worse for JJ's than Quick will ever be, you just don't conduct yourself like that when your name is attached to your own or someone elses business. His actions were a total lack of respect for JJ, Brian, and Me.

just as you dont know the whole story bout what exactly happend to the motor. it had nothing to do with shaving of the head. like you stated there are ppl running the same heads milled with thinner headgaskets and not having issues with similar cams and smaller dished pistons. as for bringing anything into it. its ok for one to say shit but i cant reply? and for junk parts. saying junk parts dont refect on where i got them. it reflects GM.
everyone in the world says a Razor phone is junk. but ppl dont go blaming verizon now do they? they blame motorola.
now me saying L92s are junk, is blaming GM not where i got them. thats a very simiple theory to understand.
the shop didnt make the heads or etc, they sold them. which are nothing more then a wholeseller. its the manufactor that would be at blame when refering to junk not the seller.
and to clear it up, motor wasnt ever over rev'd. if so every piston would have eyebrows on them not just one
