thinkin about swappin out my automatic for a 5 speed in my 98 mustang gt

what do need to accomplish swappin out my automatic tranny to a 5 speed tranny i know im gonna need the tranny, bellhousing, flywheel, pressure plate, clutch assembly, clutch pedal assembly, slave cylinder assembly, possibly another driveshaft and tranny crossmember. i wanna run a cable clutch assembly like in the 99-04 mustangs. do i need a tcm for a 5 speed with all the wiring harness or no? If some one has any of these parts laying around or has any input on this subject please let me know asap as I think my auto is on its way out. Would really like to find the tranny before anything else if this swap will work that is.

just some bolt-ons bbk x pipe, borla cat back exhaust,cold air intake,ngk platiums w/ 9 mm wires, and coming soon pi port and polished heads with headers

x pipe has no cats w/ bbk o2 sims on it to keep the light out

But with my auto it seems like its slipping between shifts at times and I cant figure out why. Thats why I wanna swap it out
