    Quieter catback for Cobra's

The only thing I have to change on this Cobra is the exhaust. It's WAY to loud. It's got long tubes, off road H, and a FRPP M55 catback, which Dan tells me is just like bullet type mufflers, and is super loud. I need to quiet this sucker down and was wondering who makes a more subtle catback.

Don't go with Dynomax unless you want to piss off the neighbors. My car is as loud as yours and I love it. I don't have cats but I do have an Hpipe on mine.

that is probably the loudest catback i have ever heard. anything but an SLP would offer a nice reduction in decibals and much better sound quality imo...good luck either way

It might be quieter without the M55!

I have the MAC on mine. To me it's just about right.

I have flows on mine, but I do like the sound of them. Bassani's also sound great but cost about twice as much. Another suggestion would be to look on svtperformance.com. People are always selling used systems on there for cheap. That's where I got mine, I got the flowmaster catback shipped for $250. I think I'd agree with Ed and say that if you took that catback off it would probably be quieter, haha. I swear that system magnifies instead of muffles
