3G alternator

I'm looking for a quick 3G alternator. I know the 94/95 5.0 ones will work as well as a few others. Prefer something I can pick up toward Greensburg, otherwise I might just hit a parts store for a rebuilt or whatever.

This is a swing type bount, one long boss, one short for the adjuster. here is a picture of the one I just fried ;)

I have parts to re-build yours laying around.

I'm not sure about rebuilding this one (again). I have put brushes and voltage regulators in them, but this one seems to have failed as a dead short? The charge wire is a ground, and it damn near melted down everything.

What do you need?

Ideally, a 95 amp 3G like the one from PA Performance, but I believe the 130 amp case will fit on my stuff as I dont have cast brackets adjuster, mine are an old swing style mount.

Tell ya what. My brother in law just got a crown vic yesterday. I will go down to his house in a bit and check it. If its the right one, you can have it. I will probally make it there around 1 or 2 if thats allright.

Thanks for the effort Wick. I think i'm just going to pick one up from a parts store on Monday. I am so tired of this car lately, I should have just let it burn.
