Can you run these all the time, or is a track only thing?

You can run them all the time. Just reduce the air in them to about 5-7# so they don't bunch up and get pinched and you are fine.

Tires, and what pressure you run, have a lot to do with wheel hop as does the pavment that you are on.

I got air bags from Lou at LMM and they helped most of my wheel hop go away. It hops MUCH less than it used to now. They are only $60 too.

I'm running the airbags too Cam, they help but it'll still be there. Like Mark said tires and pavement have a lot to do with it too. I run the Nitto's too and really like them but short of going nuts on the IRS (replacing bushing's, etc) I have found that you just gotta try and drive it a little differently than you would when on slicks. The slicks pretty much eliminate wheel hop at the track, the street as you are finding out is a whole different story.

I have had my irs out of the car 4 times now. EVERY bushing is urethane. Added the '03 pinion support brace (99,01 didnt have this). Added the rear diff support. 14mm bolts in the subframe. Steeda springs. I still get hop from time to time. I have spent many hours on the phone with companies and they all have their own ideas what FIXES wheelhop. Bottom line is you want to keep the control arms (and tires) from bouncing. Stiffer springs, stiffer shocks, and AIRBAGS would all help the cause.

My experience..... Always have a passenger about the same weight as you. I can say I have never experienced wheelhop while having a rider with me. Only sane explanation for that is equal weight distribution side to side.

Cam, I think you just sorta learn to live with it. My car doesn't really wheel hop much anymore. I don't think it's because of anything other than me changing my driving style a little bit.

Urethane bushings will not solve your problem, they also are too soft. Delrin bushings in the upper and lower control arms along with UMHV bushings in the subframe cradle will solve the majority of your wheel hop.

Cam, I did it and it was the best thing I did to my car, did'nt notice much of a differance between the two except the wheelhop is now gone.
