    CD ERROR message on STEREO

    anybody have new ideas on how to clear a CD ERROR message on a MACH460?

    tried disconnecting the battery...no good
    punched the side of the console..no good


    someone said that there migh be a sequence of buttons to reset it?

    i just may have to take ya up on that... i really like the clean look of the factory radio. if i can't figure this one out...(or put my fist thru it)....i may be getting in touch w/you (how much?)

    anyone have the problem of the cds getting stuck when you try to eject them?

    Yeah. Mine were getting stuck and i was getting the CD error message. Disconnected the battery and it fixed it until today when it just stopped working and now i have that error message again. I hate the Mach 460 6-disc with a passion.

    ya it usually gets stuck with burned cd's for some reason....i found that if you get another cd and stick it in there and poke the cd while its trying to eject it usually comes out lol.

    stock cd player. after three years of fighting it, cause i really wanted to keep it stock, i finally said f-it and got a pioneer.
