Question about titling a vehicle in PA

I took the mustang to have it titled yesterday, the woman charged me ~$108 total for the process...now I look on the PenDOT site and it is saying $22.50 title fee and $36.00 registration(plate) fee, so that is only $58.50, did this woman rip me off? If so, I will be goin to get my freakin money back! Is there a charge I'm not aware of?

Yes most places have a $10.00 Plate fee for the plate its self and a $40.00 Doc fee which is the notarys fee. and that would put you at $108.50

my wife is a notary she charges $10 plus $10 for the plate ( which is $5 more than it costs them) total is $78.50 , next time take it to a penn-dot plate center and the charges won't be there, basically yoy paid for your notary and penn-dot's notary, their plate fee and a made up plate fee by the outside notary. even my wife says your notary ripped you on that deal.
