a local 14 yr old girl has been kidnapped by a man with an extensive criminal background.

(im not typing everything)


but be on the lookout for a 99 Mustang. red with silver racing stripes. WV plates 8JD-826. has 'MUSTANG' on windshield. and a white pony in the back window. mustang decals on both 1/4 windows, damage to passenger side.
