    The amazing potential of the mighty lil 4.6 2v

    NMRA Factory Stock class record

    11.41 @ 119 in a 2v NA car on drag radials

    Good reason I keep pushing mine, are cars like these with right combo of parts within the limits of the class rules. Not the fastest 2v ever but the quickest was pure built beast that went 10.8's all motor.

    i thought that fastest 2v na was the guy from texas....10.5x's????????????????????

    either way it's nice to see the 2v gaining some ground. finally got some intakes, some heads would be nice!!! i actually made an offer on one the other day, i wouldn't mind doing some 2v na racing just to get back in the game quick! it's hard to keep the power adder off though

    Not sure how I missed Fastest2vNA, I knew Ken's had gone 10.8s with 289cuin and there was some sweet video of it floating around. Even worse when Fastest is at top of list for 99-04 2v NA list.

    With 127 on the big end 10.4x's *should* be attainable.

    LOL!!! actually ken and i were out to dinner one night and i thought he said his motor was still stock ci???? or maybe it was a 283???? i don't think it was a 289 but i could be wrong. either way im curious to more details about there combo's to help me decide what i want to do!

    That is a great run.

    They are far from stock though and stripped to the bone.

    He was the fastest stock displacement 2v in the world. But his car was completly race prepped, and lighter than a honda lol. Atleast when I seen it.
