They should be fine with your new wheels. Your old ones you would need to pull them out a bit. I put 315s with Deep Dish Termy wheels on an 01 Cobra. W/O the IRS I would think you would have even more room.

i just order 10.5 out back and i am going with a 315/35

Stock 01 Cobra wheels are only 17x8. Those tires WILL NOT work on the stock wheels.

yup he is right.. the most i think you could throw on that rim is a 275 because the 275s are bulging on my rims
