Busted streetracing!!!

got busted last night at warehouse racing a white trans am in my 92 gt. i thought for sure my car was gettin impounded. i got a 300 dollar fine witch sucks but i guess it could be worse. i guess the only good thing about it is that i got one more ls1 under my belt. i also got a modded ls2 vette lastnight by 2-3 cars

300 - off easy! I got busted by a local, County, and State Trooper while I was f-ing around. In total about 5 cops. The one cop ALL OVER my car. Trooper was a mustang fan but noticed things about exhaust that was legal if ya know what im talkin about. Also didnt like my worn out BFG-Drag radals. SVT1000 saw the action!

In the end it didnt get towed - I was lucky he like Reef Blue coupes!

No points, suspension? I thought if caught streetracing it was a whopper of points and a short suspension? Be glad that it was only $300. I like the added line of additional kills!

Usually when you are caught street racing you automatically loose you liscense for a year.

well i just looked at my ticket again and i noticed a few funny things. the cop listed my car as blue, but my car is green and silver and he didnt put a total for the fine. my girlfriends sister is a good lawyer and she has gotten me out of alot of trouble before and she said that i may get out of it. she told me to plead NOT guilty because it is an automatic license suspension, so im pleading NOT MOUTHA ****EN GUILTY!!!

lol, my grandmother drives a Mercury Sable and has had quite a few of them for over 20 years. She also has a Subaru legacy:p

the color being wrong on the ticket won't help - my wifes law firm tried to get me out out a reckless driving/ street racing ticket because the cop said my Impala SS was a buick roadmaster, the judge let the trooper admend the ticket at the hearing and I got the works because the judge said I wasted his time trying to beat the system . He also would'nt dimiss the ticket for the dumps or the ticket for the bfg drag radials(worn out they said). cost me a total of $1,700 ,a 1 year suspension and they took my plate , I finally got my ten pound bottle back after 2 months. I was on an old mine service access road at 2 am instead of looking for drug dealers they mess with us, good luck anyway man.

huh, must depend on the judge. my bf got out of a speeding ticket by simply arguing that he didn't think the radar gun was correctly calibrated on the day in question. they checked records and it wasn't, so he got off....

thats luck big time I had a vascar ticket overturned because the stopwatch the town clown was using was his own purchase not a department issued piece, but yeah that judge in INDIANA county sucked , I heard he died a few years ago I wept not a bit, that sounds mean but that dude was a misrable old prick.

I got out of a speeding ticket once for saying i had a bad sensor, they looked it up, and there was an OASIS report about a sticky accel. pedal sensor. :) Of course, this was on my PSD haha

i heard that the po po has the right to take your car if your caught street racing and crush it.... supposly there's nothing you can do about it even if your making payments..

yea color or make/model mess up doesnt make a bit of difference anymore (it used too) if your names on the ticket your done.
