I got chrome sticks in both my foxes and my dad just bought the new chrome stick for his fox. I also sold one to a buddy for his 02GT and it looks real good.

I have that with the t-handle in my 64. I dont think it looks bad in a new edge.

I understand the square peg round hole theory but in my opinion, I like the square "hurst" style boot better than this:

One thing that kinda steers me away from it is the long throw. There's much discussion on www.mach1registry.com about it and some peeps cut the stick at the base and drill two more holes. I'm not that invested (read --- LAZY).

You can always get creative and get one that color matches the car from your favorite local drinking establishment. I found mine at the Ye Old Inn on 119.
