Not sure if this guy has LT's, but it will give you an idea of stance.

As for brands, can't go wrong with Stainless Works!

Every set of MAC's I have ever seen rust. The Stainless Works are excellent headers and I think their quality is better than SLP. Somethingclever on here is selling his Cobra and they are the headers he has on it.

If you're refering to what they call their HTS coating, the yes. I owned a set that rusted within the 1st 6 months.

I bet most LT's would scrape with sportlines...my old GT had sportlines and the frame rails scraped often. Sportlines are LOW...

wel i guess forget the midlength headers i called bassani the guy told me they will only fit on a manual transmission. why is it that certain headers fit on manuals but not autos ?

i had sportlines with mac long tubes on my 03 gt. in general clearance really isn't a big issue but it definitely is minimized. everybody has there own opinion on which brand to go with etc. all im going to say is you couldn't pay me to put a bbk or another mac header on my ride!!!

i had a set of the coated shorty's on my 98 gt, they were nice and fit well but not really worth the time, money or gains imo.

i had hooker long tube ceramic coated headers on my old 01, the finish held up very well, but even with stock springs i didn't like the ground clearance.

i wanted lowering springs on that car in the worst way, but was afraid of scraping my headers.

i have ford racing shorties on my car have had them on for about 2 an a half years i love em its just i want that crazy sound the long tubes give you.

so basically what brand of long tube headers are made for this freaking auto gt i have lol ? bassani , no, bbk no, mac yes if i like brown rust headers, slp ouch in my pocket, stainless steel BIGGER ouch, so pretty much i might as well keep what i got an buy the new logan motorsports intake manifold for how much it will be? if no one has seen the new logan motorsports intake in mmff it looks so badass and i believe they gain 30 something hp from it on the dyno only thing is the price is like 1500 for this thing OUCH

so what are my options i mean just say keep my exhaust, get the nitrous an a dyno tune?

for what its worth, i have sportlines, subframes and shorties. i only scrape on the flanges where the midpipe and exhaust connect. driving its fine, its just going over some speed bumps.
