Possible bent axle?

My neighbor pointed out that my driver rear wheel had a wobble to it. I didn't notice any sort of shimmy in the brakes which I would expect if axle was bent . I did jack up car and let it spin at idle and there is a very slight wobble, nothing crazy but it's there. Hell I don't feel anything driving down road. So I'm thinking maybe the draglite somehow got bent. Has been alot of damn road work in the Wexford/Cranberry area of late.

Axles are Moser 31 splines. I know people have bent and even snapped Strange 31 splines.

Me, my dad, and my buddy Mike all bent our strange SS axles. I bent mine with only 4 passes on them. I didn't feel anything, but the day after I raced on them I noticed smoke coming from my rear driverside wheel. It had bent so bad that the brake disc was making contact with the caliper bracket and was getting hot enough to smoke. We all put in superior axles and have been racing on them every since without any issues.

The wheel could be easily checked at a tire shop, it'd be the first thing I'd do.

I run those in the notch. I have a friend with real big, real heavy, real strong BB Galaxie, he runs those on full slicks.

Found its the wheel that is tweaked. Faint scuff on sidewall close to tread is about where it seems to have the wobble in it.
