    10.530@139.49

Well my last run for the year was my best. 10.53@139.49MPH, at pittsburghraceway park. I drove the 408 up there on street tires from Uniontown and changed to my 11.5 ET Streets. Ran with the slick cars with the idea that they prep the track a bit better. Launched at 3000 and shifted around 6000 - 6500 (depending on which gear). 94 octane and no nitrous.

I'm very pleased and satisfied with the results of my combo this year. No big plans for next year. Maybe solid uppers and bearing upper mounts in the 8.8.

My 60 foot was 1.55 and my best ever was 1.54.

I installed a Steeda quick release clutch quadrant and it seemed to help me shift the car bit faster.

I'll try to update my site this fall.

    nice run for 2 reasons

    1. You stayed in your own lane
    2. and you didn't need the tow truck

The last couple races the car really came together. No engine problems and no broken parts.
At NMRA in Columbus I ran 10.6

The last couple races the car really came together. No engine problems and no broken parts.
At NMRA in Columbus I ran 10.6 and on Sunday I ran 136MPH.

This years combo is a 4340 forged 408 stroker, using Trick Flows new CNC 205 heads, TFS 351 intake, 75TB, 80ProM, 60lb injectors, Tweecer RT, TKO500, 3.73 33 spline rear, UPR K / coilover, and my same Vortech SC supercharger.

Blower is very small for a 408, but you have to spend your money where you need it first.
