Another problem

Well I have another problem that has risen. The car is losing power completely while driving as if it just loses spark but it starts going again before I can even react. It feels like the factory rev limiter on a fox when it shuts the fuel off. The fuel psi is staying good, it has a knew msd distributer,and ignition. I keep looking for a bad ground or wire but I can't find anything. It did it about 6 times in 40 miles. When it does it the car is back going again in less then a second I can't even let off the gas fast enough. Any other ideas? I do run a twEECer do they go bad or the computer?

It sounds like what my car was doing. I attributed mine to a bad connection in either my eec tuner or my stock EEC, that's why I just replaced them and went with an AEM. I fought with it for a month and it was so hit or miss there was no way for me to diagnose it. Mine started when I pulled on the serial cable while tuning it from the driver seat, after I pulled on the cord it started doing the same thing you descibe. There were a few times though that mine would not come back and I'd have to put my foot to the floor to keep it running. It would misfire badly and blow black smoke out the rear until I could safely get it off the road. Once I shut it down and started it back up it'd run fine until it did it again.

After it did it I smelled gas in the car real bad for a couple seconds. I have been running the car with out the twEECer for about 60 miles now and it hasn't done it since. I wonder if the tweecer went bad.
