I think he just edited his own posts before a higher being did, and in the texts place he typed the slashes, thats all. Yes, that was a stupid question!

I was wondering the same thing. He had responded to one of my posts in Tech, which I thought was an excellent answer, but it may have un-nerved others on the site. I went back to read thru it again and it shows it was edited by him. So I PM'd to see if it was something I said and never got any response. Thought he was gone.
