Microsoft Paint works just fine for most folks, assuming you use Windows and I bet you do.
Go to Image -> Stretch/Skew and change the %

On a completely different note, huge congrats Mike on getting your own Modular performance shop going!
It's probably not new, but it's news to me since I haven't been around.

Why does everyone use all these outside programs to resize stuff when Microsoft already has applications within Windows and Office to do it?

Paint sucks IMO, it distorts the image and takes away its quality, plus you can only do one image at a time. What program do you use Ed? The jpeg resizer from virtualworks allows you to change the image size, name, etc for one, or entire folders of images all at once. Its much faster than any other method I've seen.

I agree with Paul. I have and use Resizer and it's works way better than anything that comes from MS.

The image resizer power toy from MS is the worst regarding quality.
