my solid axle for IRS

I have a 00 GT w/32K on the car and am considering putting an IRS on. I'm currently looking into a torque bar and/or panhard bar for better handling. However, I wanted to see if there is anyone local that is in need of a solid axle and who wants to get rid of their IRS. You can shoot me a PM or reply if you are interested. Here are some things to consider when working out a deal...

-I have 3:73s in my axle
-I have a magnaflow catback which only fits on solid axle
-I have 17x10.5 polished cobras with new sumitomo 315s in the rear which only fit on a solid axle
-not sure about if the driveshaft fits, but mine is aluminum
-I have lower control arms
-realize that I will need to beef up the bushings and stablizer bar for wheel hop issues

My axle is in great shape, garaged in winters and never sees snow, and very rarely sees rain or other harsh elements... hence the low miles
