S281 rear spoiler?

Will the 94-98 Saleen S281 Wing Part Number: 032-033 Original equipment on 1994-1998 S281. Includes S281 Wing and Hardware Kit. Made from high quality Polyurethane. (Note: will not fit 1994-1995 Cobra)
match up with the 94 GT spoiler mounting holes?

Or would it require drilling new openings?

I'm pretty sure it uses the stock holes. the only spoiler that I know of that requires some trunk lid mods are the stock 94-95 cobra spoilers.

I like that wing. What do you guys think about SN95s with out the wing? I took my wing off the 2000 for a summer - it looked great. I put it back on but moved it back 2" before I sold it.

Personally I don't like wingless look on the 94-98 cars at all. IMO the saleen S-281 is the nicest wing available for these cars. I have the S351 wing, but if I had to do it all over again I'd have an S281.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the S281 sit flush with the top of the deck lid? Eliminating the gap in between? And how far does it extend behind the car? Can't be too much based on the angle upwards. I haven't been able to find any really good side veiw pics.

Yeah he got them up 1st. Thanks guys, that really helps, especially being on another Red GT. Since mine is red too. I am thinking about going with that rear spoiler ( if I can find one ??? hint hint ) and since everyone seems to be partial to the Cobra R hood, which I do like, I may end up with a 94 Cobra hood, (whoops, there goes another hint), I really dig those 2 scoops up top. And of course a Cobra front bumper. It is not just about being noticed, but standing out somewhat. When someone says, "cool, I haven't seen that yet" or something to that effect.

My first outing to an SCS meet in July, I felt non existant, basically because there was nothing to really see. Just a clean, stock, low mileage 94 GT Conv.. I am ready to get a little attention, even if it isn't all about power & timeslips. Those don't hurt either. There's just too damn much stuff I wanna do and have to keep putting it all in order.

Believe me, I pay attention to a lot of what goes on here, I may not comment on much, But I do take it all in. There is a lot of very informative people here and it helps a great deal when trying to make decisions.
