    Question Clutch installation???

    Hey,

I need a good, reputable shop to have a clutch installed. I know Tim @ Rodeheavers can do it, but it is a little over an hour drive 1 way. If I can find someone closer I will probably go that route. If not I may just go out there and have him do it and maybe a few other things while I'm there.

    Thanks

    Jim

I'm not sure how, but this was supposed to go under the General Tech forum for feedback, and it ended up under the Advertisers forum.

In any case, thanks to all, for any feedback on the clutch installation.

I think that Lou realized the need for this forum and created it and then moved your post to it

    Hi Jim,

I had this idea last night when I saw this post, you had directed it towards local shops so I figured we would make a spot in the vendors area for people to seek help from one of them w/o any off topic traffic. Some people don't seem to respect that we have businesses who pay to be here and support the site and its up keep. I hope anyone on here who needs work done will strongly consider giving one of our vendors a shot at your business when possible, I myself have done alot of sidework in the past but don't feel right charging people to be on here and then doing business myself so I have pretty much quit and direct referals to them according to location.

Probably have your pick between any vendor, and half the board members for that one. Anyhow, I'll leave the obligatory "I have an open lift and tranny jack waiting for ya." and "my flywheel guys are normally done in under an hour."

    We're in Carnegie as well.
