Good paint shops?

I need a paint job for my rx7 over the winter. Are there any good shops in the area? I'm looking for a OEM color but it will be a color change. Will go from a dark blue'ish green to a solid metallic blue color.

Anyways could I get away with this around 4k? Also would it be cheaper if I removed all the trim etc. possibly the paint?
